There is a debilitating disease that slowly robs the minds and bodies of members of the media. I call it partisan's disease, and it is much too common. Symptoms include never giving credit for the few good things members of the other party do, twisting logic to the breaking point to defend members of one's own party, selectively remembering facts that support a pattern of one side being perfectly good and the other perfectly evil, continually misinterpreting and misrepresenting the words of others, being easily angered, and lying. Although most common among Democrats and Republicans, even minor party members can suffer from this progressive condition. Fortunately there is a cure. TheUnderstandingProject.com reaches out to those most in need and bridges divides between people. Do you know someone who has it? Introduce them to my blog.
